The robust, stainless steel Metos Alto 18 peeling machine is a powerful
and ergonomic device to use. It peels even 18 kg of potatoes a minute.
The model promoted is user-friendly, without forgetting the safe use of
the device.

The Metos Alto 18 peeling machine digital control panel is located at
the side of the unit at an ergonomic height. The control panel has a
timer which is timed at 10-second intervals.

The blade sheath and wall can be easily removed for cleaning. The
unbreakable, hinged, transparent cover is equipped with a magnetic
switch. The lid and the drain hole of the device are easily closed. The
electrical parts of the device are protected in the plastic housing.
